The injunction related with the annual rate charged by the IGJ was confirmed by the Chamber of Appeals.

On 10 March the Chamber of Appeals confirmed the injunction decreed in the case “Valsecchi SA y otros c/ EN – Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros s/ Proceso de Conocimiento” «) which questions the constitutionality of the annual fees required by the General Inspectorate of Justice.
